Registration Information
$350 Entry Fee per team, Registration closes September 28th.
The fees are due NO later than 9/14/2011 If they are not received in time, their
spot will be released.
The Rosters are due No later than 9/28/2011.
Registration Forms:
.pdf - Use this to printout, fill out manually and send to us via mail (along with the entry fee).
.xls - Use this form to fill out on the computer and email back to us (Entry fee check must still be mailed separately).

Note: We are using the 2011 NAGAAA ratings.
C DIVISION: All teams rated 145 or lower. No players rated over 15 are allowed on a C division team.
D DIVISION: All teams rated 105 or lower. No players rated over 11 are allowed on a D division team.
Players without a current NAGAAA rating will be allowed to play under the following conditions:
1) The player's coach will need to rate these players and submit the full NAGAAA ratings sheet with all 27 questions answered Y/N. Contact the commissioner for a copy of the correct ratings guidelines to use.
2) Each team will be allowed a maximum of three such players.
